CIMFR certification
Some products have certificates from CSIR–Central Institute of Mining and Fuel Research. See the product page for the certificate number.
IS/IEC 60079-1
A standard for flameproof enclosures used in areas where flammable gas may be present.
IS/IEC 60529 — IP-66
IP-66 means the enclosure is protected against dust and strong jets of water.
Zone 1 & Zone 2
Terms used to describe work areas where flammable gas may be present.
Gas groups IIA, IIB & IIC
These groups help identify which equipment is suitable for the gas at your site.
LM-6 aluminium alloy
A strong aluminium alloy used for the body of many Veksler Flameproof products.
